Current research (part time PhD candidate at The Royal College of Art in London) uses a mixed methods methodology to explore existing equitable knowledge and behaviours of practitioners in brand identity design in relation to consumer audience experiences. This is to develop a new design approach that can be used to facilitate designers to promote responsiveness, inclusion and diversity and have impact in real world design practice.
